Auror Training: Hide & Seek [Xav/Emmi] « Thread Started on Aug 21, 2009, 11:44pm »
Head Auror Curse Kameren was always the first one to the auror offices each morning. So, naturally, his colleagues would know something was happening if he simply didn't show up. None of them would know what, exactly, except for two.
Curse stood with his back to the brick wall of a Muggle London building, watching the muggles pass by on the sidewalk as he waited for his two aurors to catch up. He had left notes on the desks of Senior Auror Emmi Douglas and his Junior Auror Xaviera Hex'et, with only a simple sentence written on it: Take a walk down Cromwell Road.
So here he stood on Cromwell Road, his emerald eyes following the street in the morning light as he waited. He smirked as he thought through his plans for the day. He had taught Miss Hex'et many things so far as her mentor, but he had yet to put her through the true tests that he'd put Miss Douglas and his brother Alec through that, in his mind, made it easier for the both of them to adapt to auror life so easily. Today was Xav's day. Oh yes, today was going to be fun.
Half-brother to Alex Kameren. Son of Cedric Kameren.

Take a walk down Cromwell Road.
Cromwell Road? That was a muggle street, Xav thought as she shrugged out of her robes. Best go with muggle clothing then. Now free of her official ministry robes, she tugged the hem and seams of her shirt, adjusting them before swinging with a jaunty stride out of her shared office and down the hall.
“Hex’et! Why aren’t you wearing your robes?” That was Jaimeson, one of the older aurors and a stickler for protocol. Xav swung around and walked backwards, giving him a little wave. “Training with Kameren. Bye!” She gave one last cheery wave before turning back around and entering the elevator.
“Now… where’s Kameren…” she mused to herself as she walked down the busy street, eyes alert for the familiar posture and attitude of her mentor. She didn’t know what he was up to, but she knew one thing…. It would be interesting.
